W. NICHOLAS DIETZEN, IV
Nick Dietzen joined Christovich & Kearney as an associate in 2007. He currently practices in State and Federal Courts throughout Louisiana in a wide range of areas of general and commercial defense litigation on matters involving professional liability, insurance coverage, construction defect, business litigation, transportation, premises liability, products liability, and toxic tort, among others. Nick has tried jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts, and has represented clients before various state disciplinary boards.
Nick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001 from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee where he was a four year letterman on the football team. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2007. Nick currently serves as a board member of the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity.
