Nick Arnold graduated from Louisiana State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2008, where he served as Chairman of the Moot Court Board. Upon graduation, Nick was named a member of The Order of the Barristers. He joined Christovich & Kearney in 2008, and practices in the area of general civil defense litigation and business advisory work. Nick is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas, as well as in all Louisiana federal courts, including the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Nick serves as a member of the LSU/Louisiana Business Technology Center (LBTC) Technical Advisory Council. The LBTC endeavors to enhance Louisiana economic development by supporting existing small businesses and the development of new businesses. Nick is also a Board Member of the New Orleans Association of Defense Counsel.

Nick is active in the Louisiana and New Orleans Claims Associations. He frequently presents continuing education seminars to insurance industry personnel and closely-held businesses on insurance and risk management topics.

In additional to insurance defense, insurance coverage, and transportation litigation, much of Nick’s practice centers on catastrophe litigation such as wind, hail, and flood claims, and legal advisory work for closely-held businesses regarding their needs in expansion, employment litigation, contract negotiation and disputes, and collections.

Nick also coordinates the firm’s volunteer work for the Homeless Experience Legal Protection (H.E.L.P.) program, which provides legal and notarial services for the homeless in New Orleans.
