Mindy Brickman is a graduate of Princeton University and Tulane University School of Law. She is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on defense of products liability actions, toxic torts, commercial litigation, construction litigation, class actions, and healthcare litigation. Mindy represents manufacturers of all types of consumer products including tires, building products, exercise equipment, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

Mindy is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rated Lawyer. She has been named one of New Orleans CityBusiness magazine's Women of the Year, and one of the "Most Powerful and Influential Women" in New Orleans by the National Diversity Council. She serves on the Board of the New Orleans Pro Bono Project and has held various leadership positions in the Defense Research Institute (DRI). Prior to entering private practice, Mindy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Max N. Tobias, Jr. of Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
