Kyle D. Anderson joined Christovich & Kearney, LLP as an associate attorney in 2020 where he practices in the areas of general casualty, automotive defense, and premise liability. His practice is exclusively litigation based and, as such, he has made innumerable court appearances and has extensive deposition experience.

He is a graduate of Loyola University College of Law where he was chosen by his peers as the commencement speaker. Upon graduation, Mr. Anderson clerked for the Honorable Fredericka Homberg Wicker of the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Anderson holds a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of South Florida. He is proficient in both written and spoken Spanish having earned a concentration in that area in conjunction with his Bachelor’s Degree in History from McNeese State University.

Mr. Anderson is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts. He frequently presents continuing legal education programming in multiple areas of the law including indemnification and limitations on liability. Mr. Anderson is active in his community doing significant pro bono work for a variety of charitable organizations including Southeast Louisiana Legal Services and the Share-A-Basket Foundation.
