Managing Partner

Kevin is the Managing Partner of Christovich & Kearney LLP. A native of Washington, D.C., Kevin graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1982 and thereafter joined Christovich & Kearney. Kevin is admitted to practice law in the states of Louisiana and Texas; is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the First, Fifth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals of the United States; and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the Northern District of Florida, and the Southern District of Indiana.

Kevin represents corporate, insurance and individual clients in a wide-range of legal fields, including products liability; aircraft liability litigation; construction law; business litigation; professional legal and medical malpractice, including defense of ethics complaints; environmental litigation; and maritime law, including Jones Act and LHWCA claims. Kevin has tried jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts and has represented clients before various disciplinary boards. Kevin is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rated Lawyer.

Kevin qualified and testified as an attorney expert in a professional malpractice trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in the matter entitled Kimberly Lentz versus Northwestern National Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Kevin has also spoken at seminars on products liability and on ethical considerations raised in preserving and producing electronically-stored information.
