David graduated from Louisiana State University in 2009 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Literature and Political Science. He attended the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center where he was active in Moot Court, serving on the Executive Moot Court Board, participating in the Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition at Seton Hall University, and receiving accolades for his oral argument skills. While at LSU Law Center, David received the CALI Award for Excellence, awarded to the student with the highest grade in a given class, in Torts and Advanced Criminal Procedure and was named a Chancellor’s Scholar several times. After graduation, David served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Fredericka H. Wicker of the Louisiana State Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.

David joined Christovich & Kearney in 2017. David currently practices in the area of defense litigation in matters involving insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability, auto liability, construction defects, and professional liability, among others. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
